Our Commitment: We are committed to "growing happy", which means happy gardens and happy customers. We practice safe gardening by disinfecting cutting instruments to reduce the spread of viruses and cull anything that looks suspicious. We hand-dig our fields, and we are not a “you cut” farm. Each tuber is carefully selected and shipped with at least one visible eye. We are also inspected by the Washington State Department of Agriculture in our efforts to reduce the prevalence of viruses.
The product: Our tubers are sold as singles, but sometimes it just makes sense to leave a tuber buddy attached for the benefit of the tuber. They will all come with at least 1 visible eye. Please keep in mind that tubers come in all shapes and sizes, and some sprout later than others.
Items in your Cart: Please remember that items in your cart are guaranteed only after your purchase is completed and you have received confirmation. If a variety sells out before your purchase is complete, join our mailing list for the spring recount. You could get lucky.
Shipping: We are a small farm and do all of the processing of your orders on our own. We are currently limited to shipping in the continental U.S. To ensure safe travels, we ship after the threat of freezing temperatures. This is usually early to mid-April.
We are happy to combine shipping orders to help reduce your shipping cost BEFORE April first. There will be a $3 combined shipping fee for each order. You will just need to email us and let us know by the deadline.
Shipping cost:
1-4 tubers = $10.40
5-20 tubers = $18.40
21-40+ tubers = $24.75
Cancellations: We allow cancellations within 2 weeks of the order being first purchased. All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refund Policy: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have any concerns, you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery of your order. Please provide photos of your concerns in your email to us so that we can help diagnose your concerns. After this time period, you accept full responsibility.
We do not offer refunds for viruses, rot once planted, pest damage, poor soil, poor drainage, bad weather, planting conditions, neglect, or poor plant performance..
Product satisfaction: We do our best to ensure that our products reach you in the same way they leave our little farm. If you have concerns, please reach out to us within one week of the arrival of your order, and we will do what we can to resolve your concerns.
